Chapter 19: The Run
Angela felt something call out to her from her sleep and she got up immediately. She looked around and realized she fell asleep on the couch in her sitting room.
“Was I that tired?” she said and looked at her wrist watch. It was just 9pm and she was already asleep. She yawned again and stood up. But what was that voice that woke her up? She looked around and she was the only one in the room.
She rubbed her face and went to check on the kids. She knew Austin will probably be working right now. He is always working.
She knocked on his door and he told her to enter. She entered and he was indeed working. She sighed and shook her head.
“Hey, aunt”, he said and gave her a small smile.
She moved closer to him with a smile and ruffled his hair. “What are you working on this late at night?”

Amanda woke up and realized it was morning already. She was very sore from all the walk since she left the den. She didn’t even have an idea where she should go.
