News of a transfer student

The sunrays was disturbing my beauty sleep. So I pulled the duvet till my head to cover my eyes. Suddenly the door of my room opened and someone pulled the duvet away from me. When I opened my eyes, I saw that the person was none other than my mom. Her hands were on her hips while glaring at me in anger.

"Dia get up. Can't you see the sun has already risen?", mom said.

"Mumma please let me sleep for only 5 minutes. I promise I'll get up after five minutes", I said while showing my puppy eyes to her, which obviously didn't worked on her.

"Well then don't tell me later that why I haven't wake you up early?As it is already 7:45 and your class starts at 8:30".

"What?" I wake up with a jerk. "It's already 7:45. O no I'll get late". I quickly got up from my bed, took my towel and went to the bathroom.

After taking bath I wore a jeans, an off shoulder top and shoes, and left my hair open. After that I went downstairs for breakfast.

My mom was serving breakfast to my dad. I went near them and said, "Good morning papa".

Dad replied, "Good morning sweetie".

Then I took my seat next to dad and looked around and saw that my little sister was not present. I asked mom, "Mumma where is Ruhi?"

Mom replied, "She went to school early today. Cause she have annual sports in her school".

I hummed in response and then ate my breakfast. After breakfast I went to college with Ananya, as she always comes to pick me up in her bike.

We reached the college gate. But as we entered inside the college, we saw that Sophie and Neha came running towards us. And they seemed excited.

Ananya spoke, "Wow girls calm down. What's wrong with you? Why are you running in the college like a kid?"

Neha said, "Cause we have a good news for you guys."

Ananya narrowed her eyebrows in confusion. I asked them, "What's the good news?"

Sophie spoke with a smile, "Guess what? We have a new transfer student. And it is a guy".

Ananya twitched her lips upward in an irritating manner and shake her head at their stupidity.

I replied, "So what's so exciting about it?"

Neha said, "Obviously it's exciting. Cause I heard that the guy is really very handsome and also rich".

Ananya replied, "O hello dumbos. Don't forget that you have boyfriends. And here you girls are drooling for some other men".

Sophie said, "O come on Ananya. It's okay to sometimes drool for some other men you know".

To this Ananya rolled her eyes and said, "You two will never change. Come on Dia let's go for the class or else that history teacher will eat us alive".

I nodded and we both went for the class, while Sophie and Neha too followed us behind.
