Hayley kicked the metal door clean off its frame.

Force solved most problems.

A lock might stop zombies, but it wasn't stopping her.

She stepped out onto the rooftop where she had just seen people.

Strangely, it was empty. There wasn't a soul in sight.

As Hayley scanned for where they could've gone, a loud clang echoed from her harvester below.

She rushed to the edge and looked down. Four teenagers had gathered around her truck; two boys were smashing at it with metal chairs.
