When we got home, Amy had dinner ready for us. I smiled as soon as I got off the elevator, “Mmm… Roast with potatoes and carrots. Yum. I love comfort food.” Daniel laughed, “Are we becoming food driven?” I laughed, “The babies are causing me to be food driven. They’re turning me into a pig!” He laughed, “You’re not a pig, love. You are feeding three. You’re allowed to be hungry all the time.”

We sat at the table and I was happy to see homemade dinner rolls with dinner. Daniel laughed at me as I relished every bite, closing my eyes and moaning at the taste. Daniel laughed, “Should I leave you with some privacy?” I laughed out loud, “Just kidding, babe. It just really tastes good.” He chuckled, “I know it does. I was kidding too.”

We were in the middle of dinner when Daniel’s phone pinged with a text. He looked at his phone, “Lacey and Angela are on their way up.” I asked, “Since when do they text you and not me?” He laughed, “Since I was the one who asked them to come over to begin with
