STAR'S POV

I don't know how I did it but I did it. I made the sedative given to me by the Doctor wear off from my system before the proposed time. I was dazed at first and drafted into sleep but I woke up within 30minutes. I sat up on the bed and took in my surroundings. I could hear people's voices from the rooms around mine and I could perceive so many scents at once. 

The revelation I saw from Alex's past is buried deep within my soul. I can't believe he could do that to me, I thought he loved me. I can't go back to that house, everyone betrayed me even Aunt Kate betrayed me. I peeled off the drip fixed on my left hand and threw the bed covers away from my legs.
