CHAPTER ONE HUNDRED AND _ SIXTY NINE

SALLY'S POV

I sat beside my son at the hospital and tears kept rolling down my cheeks. I knew he wouldn't heal on his own because his powers hadn't manifested yet, and he was still just a baby. I was angry at myself for placing my son through all the trauma I am putting him through.

Ralia was crying too while Stephen tried to console me. Her hands were shaking. She had seen Diamond pick up the knife and slice his wrist, and she was unable to stop him, the trauma was making her whole body tremble in fear, as we watched our son lying lifeless with the drip in his hand.

"I caused all of this, it was all my fault", I cried.

Ralia crawled towards me, she had been lying on the floor and rolling herself, crying her eyes out the whole time.

"It, was all my fault Sally, I am so sorry", she pleaded.

"No it's not your fault", I replied.
