CHAPTER TWENTY-SIX

Selena’s POV

I watched Raymond as he couldn't stop smiling from what I just told him and I didn't feel a bit sorry for him to know I was putting up an act by marrying him. I was going to make sure his end was painful and he paid for all the times he hurt me and made me feel pain in his hands.

Sighing from exhaustion of watching him celebrate endlessly, I stood up from my chair and he looked at me. Finally, I gained his attention.

“I want to go to bed and I obviously won't be able to sleep with you here so leave. Good night'' I told him and he grinned instead.

“We’re getting married Selena, don't you think it would be unusual if we used separate rooms?” he asked me and I folded my arms across my chest before I gave him a stone-hard stare.

“So says the psycho who is threatening me to marry him. I would never share a bed with you Raymond and I want you to have that embedded in your brain'' I replied and with that, I turned to leave for the bed.
