Chapter 12.

Mia POV.

Waking up, I can taste chicken soup. When did I eat that? I remember throwing the bowl against the wall and it smashing to bits.

That bastard fed me while I was unconscious, oh just you wait Fen. I climb down off the bed and stagger to the door. Ripping the door open, I come face to chest with a man I’ve never seen before. He has a scar on his face and I scream, slamming the door and stagger back, crashing into the chest of drawers.

The door rips open, and Fen and Theo come running into the room. My hand is covered in blood. I caught my side on the corner of the drawers and fell. Fen takes my hand, and I snatch it back and shuffle away from him.

“LEAVE ME ALONE!” I scream at him before I whimper and hiss from the movements. I move my hand back and lift my top with shaky hands. Black dots dance in vision, but I blink them back. Anger surges through me and I glare at them, my captors.

“THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT, GET OUT, GET OUT!” I scream and my head feels light and I collapse on
