Mateo's pov
Through my hazy vision I could see the royal guards dragging me out of the fire. Arthur was screaming orders, but I was oblivious to what he was saying.
My mind lost in those brown eyes. How? How can she do that?
I can feel the wound on my stomach already healing but I my consciousness was still fading.
" The knife is drugged Sir. The attacker wanted your majesty to loose consciousness."

Arthur speaks and I feel the prick of a needle on my arm. Just few minutes pass and I feel my consciousness returning.
Struggling, I get up to look around. I was laying in the lobby on a sofa. The guards all surrounding me.
" Relax bro. Don't move much"
Arthur speaks but I don't pay head. Looking around frantically in search for just one person.
