Chapter 24

Syria’s POV

Without warning, he pinned both of my wrists to the bed, locking me in place so I couldn’t resist him.

His grip was firm, not painful, but enough to make me stop moving. He looked me straight in the eyes. His breathing was deep and ragged.

“You can’t run away from this,” he said, his voice low and serious.

Then, without giving me a chance to respond, he positioned himself between my legs.

My heart was racing like crazy. I could feel him—hard, long, pressing against me with an urgency that made my body tense up. And then, without any warning, he entered me in one sharp motion.

“Ohhh!” I cried out.
