Rocky’s hawk-eyed gaze zeroed in on Leigh the minute she walked inside the hotel, frowning in distaste when he recognized the man accompanying her.
He wanted to go berserk when he remembered the last conversation he had had with his best friend Kade.
“I need your black card.” Kade laid out his palm, waiting for Rocky to drop the exclusive card into his hands.
“Does Leigh need to buy a gown?” Rocky asked, whipping his wallet to get his card. He knew Leigh had not been using her bank ATMs and credit cards since they moved to Baybridge - part of her being independent and so, he was willing to pay for all her purchases for the party.

INSIDE THE CAR. “It’s hot,” Rocky growled. He took off his dress shirt, crumpled it, and threw it to the floor.
