The tent was thick with heat and the stench of sweat. His hands gripped my hips like he thought he was in control.

He wasn’t.

My knees pressed into the furs beneath us, thighs trembling with the rhythm I set. The boy—Krut, or maybe something else—groaned beneath me, hips bucking. He was young, lean, hungry for my touch like most of them were.
