Chapter 29 - The Safe House

River POV

I close my eyes and I start to breathe slowly trying to keep myself calm. Sometimes my anxiety and stress can trigger an episode of CVS. Gabriel keeps stroking my back and planting soft kisses on the top of my head. I don’t know how long we’ve been in the car but it stops and Gabriel looks around.
