Amelia's POV

After few days

It had been five days since we had come back from Paris. Ace had been ignoring me since then. I did not know why but I felt he was trying to stay away from me.

He stopped calling me in his cabin for random reasons. He only talked to me when it was needed. He had been sending other employees to my cabin when he needed files. He did not want me to enter his cabin. He had stopped taking his black coffee.

He stopped taking lunch with me. I tried to talk to him few times but he ignored me. He had been doing everything possible to stay away from me. And it was hurting me.

He became so rude towards me. He no longer looked at my eyes while talking to me.

Sometimes I wondered did he feel disgusted with my presence because of the accident? Did he also think I am dirty? Did he start hating me?

But it was not my mistake.
