"Good, I am happy you feel that way. Now when one of them she-wolves or anyone else tries to fuck with you, we will put them in their place," Stacy said

"How about you let me handle anyone that tries to mess with me? I have to show them I can stand up for myself. If I let you fight my battles for me, no one will respect me," I said

"I guess you are right, but if anyone tries to jump you, I got your back," Stacy replied, and I smiled. I loved Stacy like a sister. She had been there for me since I moved to the Crescent Pack, and we would always be family.

"Thanks, Stacy. That's why you are my best friend slash sister," I said

"Yeah, and that will never change," Stacy replied then her face became serious. "There is something I need to talk to you about. What are we going to do about that girl Lucy? She is King Lucien's ex, and it seems she isn't over him. I can tell she is jealous of you because you are his Mate. I am afraid she may try something. I think you should tell Lucie
