Chapter 20- Villa in the Middle Of Nature

With mixed feelings, Gerthel wore the sexy blue above-the-knee fitted dress that she chose for tonight's special occasion. She called it special since, for quite some time only the four walls of the mansion have been seen by her eyes, and at last, she will be getting out of it. Aside from that, it seems like having a date with the Mafia Lord, who ironically is her second chance mate.

She applied her face a powder and light makeup then finished it off with an apple-like red lipstick. She smiled seeing her reflection in the mirror. All she could see is a pretty woman, trying to be brave and confident. She then stood up and walked toward the door of Boss Dar.

With her heart beating erratically, she gently knocked on his door. When it opened, Boss Dar got out of it thereafter. He was as usual gorgeous in his pair of dark gray suits. He looked at her as if skinning her from head to foot.

Gerthel felt awkward. She cleared her throat and asked, "Did I dress properly for the occasion?"
