Chapter 29: The Event
Anaya’s P.O.V:
I had already known that Lance would look breathtaking today; after all, it was his party. But no matter how prepared I’d thought I was for full impact, it was nothing compared to the real impact I got when he entered the room.
He was wearing all black, from jacket to pants to shirt and even shoes; the only prominent feature that stood out was his pure gold tie and his topaz eyes. His hair was gelled back to give a sleek look and it brought attention to his square jaw and sharp nose. I’m not really a fan of men with gelled back hair but on Lance, it looked pure heavenly.

Chapter 31: Into the Black HoleAnaya’s P.O.V:Everything happened in an eerily slow motion.I watched Lance fall to the floor on his knees in front of me.
