The sound of the phone ringing woke up Adrian from his deep slumber. He turned to look at the clock, it was hardly 7:30 AM. He got up from the bed groaning and mentally swearing at the person calling at this hour. When he sees Sophie’s name on his phone screen, he remembered that his family was coming here for the supposed meeting J in the name of celebrating New Year.

Speaking of Jordan, they had met only once after their Christmas Eve’s date. Jordan has messaged Adrian to let him know that she would explain everything to him. The reason for her crying and about Ace. She also said to him not to worry about Ace. Because he wouldn’t hurt her and he is not any guy that she has a past with.
