Chapter Seven

Alexander looked at Carson and he felt Bennie touch his shoulder. He was just seconds away from going all full wolf on all of them. He looked at Bennie and Bennie could see the struggle. He shookhisheadandBennienoddedathim. Alexander sighed before carrying his sister and heading out of the palace. He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket and he pulled it out. It was his mom. He totally forgot to call her back. She must have been so worried. He sighed and he picked up her call.

“Hey, mom” he said, trying to sound as calm as possible.

“Alex, where have you been and why aren't you home with your sister? I called the school already and they said that you already left with your sister. Where the hell are you?” she asked him.

Alex could tell that his mom was furious and the last thing he wanted was to tell her what was going on with him. He knew that his mom was going to take it up and then there would be a bigger fight. She would cause trouble and it would land them in a mess that they migh
