Kaida’s POV

Selene couldn’t take me around the pack on the day she wanted to, she got busy because Beta Tobias suddenly had more errands for her to run.

She would be making it up to me tonight by taking me around the pack like she was supposed to.

“The moon will be out tonight but not the full moon,” Selene mentioned while we walked down the hallway.

“Am I supposed to be scared?” I inquired. I didn’t know what it meant to be under the moon or the full moon here in their pack.

“I’ve told you severally, you don’t have to be scared of anything here in our pack. We don’t bite and nothing in here harms,” she said.

She still was forgetting the fact that I was human but I didn’t plan to remind her. Who knows if the moon goddess would get pissed about a human standing under the moon?

“We ditched our favorite show tonight,” she blurted.

“Oh wow,” I cooed.

This was the first time we would miss our favorite show but for me, it was worth it. I got to have a better time walking around the pack and
