Luna’s Pov

“Luna, if you are only marrying Xavier for protection then please don’t do that.”

Those were Cole’s word. They still were ringing in my ear even though several hours have passed since that time he said that to me. Just before my wedding, Cole had entered my room only to say that to me. That sentence was bugging me, irritating me, probably because I couldn’t understand his intension behind that one sentence. It seemed like it was a plea rather than a suggestion. It seemed like he desperately didn’t want me to marry Xavier. Maybe it was nothing. Maybe it was something but whatever it was only time had the power to reveal it.

I looked at my left through the glass window of the helicopter and there it was, eight of the top highest mountain in the world, staring back at me. Every time I looked at these mountains, I didn’t know why but I get a nostalgic feeling as if they were my home
