Hrolf glared at the man who had the sharp edge of the sword placed close to Ashina's neck, he ran his eyes around. All it will take would be a flick of his wrist and she would end up dead and he didn't want that.

"Who sent you?" Hrolf asked again, this time his voice higher than usual, his gaze running through the men who were standing close by, his mind running as fast as it could.

He didn't want any harm coming to either Ashina or Gael and to make sure that didn't happen, he had to think as fast as possible.

One of the assailants, who he presumed to be the head, walked closer to him with a smirk on his face.

"You are all alone here and although I was given instructions not to touch you, I am tempted to pierce this dagger through her throat and that will be all it will take to cause you pain," a glint flashed through his eyes, one which annoyed Hrolf.
