Chapter 47

Elijah has been keeping me busy for the last couple of days, trying to distract me, I guess. It made for a fun weekend but I was paying for it now. I was tired and I didn’t have any time this weekend to think about my problem.

Today I was at school and I would have plenty of time to formulate a plan. I was approaching the end of school now and there wasn’t much for me to do. I had finished all my assignments and had learnt the syllabus so my days at school were pretty empty. That left me free to spend most of the morning in the library doing research and making plans.

Using the information I had gathered from my connection to my mom, I had managed to narrow down her location. I couldn’t be sure but to me it felt as though the connection was originating from somewhere close to my old pack, probably no more than twenty kilometres away.
