Eight- Finding Kiara

Jessica drew the door of the backseat open, Kiara's lifeless body falling out almost immediately as she was rested against the door to keep her steady during the bumpy ride.

Taking a brief look at the bloodied mess her car was in, she patted herself one more time for using a polythene wrap to cover her seats and the surfaces of her car to prevent a mess such as this and suspicions that might grow from it.

Dragging Nate's dead mate out of the car, she was slightly overwhelmed by how heavy Kiara weighed for such a petite woman. She held her tight in her arms while the rest of her body was drawn across the wet soil. Jessica stopped momentarily to rest, her arms aching before carrying on once more, she dragged Kiara by the shoulder till they reached the edge of their destination.
