Nathaniel alighted from his car before walking into a coffee store, he was tired and groggy. And he needed to use a restroom to freshen up a bit. A strong coffee won't be bad. He found a place closest to the window. His eyes roamed about the streets on the outside of the environment as he tried to absorb more into his new noisy environment.

He took a sip of the freshly brewed coffee he was offered, sipping contentedly, his mind going back to Kiara in a restless manner. Though he still perceived her scent strongly, it was like she was everywhere but nowhere, pockets of her here and pockets of her movement elsewhere. He would only be moving in circles if he didn't catch a direct glimpse of her soon.

Tense for no exact reason he breathed in deeply to calm his senses, before running fingers into his hair. A loud chaos outside caught his attention and screams and pockets of loud whispers soon turned into chattering.

“The car would run her over.“ He heard a man say.
