I'm going to be honest, since I had to pause this story for the second time I have not been checking the comments, expecting negative ones. I wasn't mentally strong enough to handle them after spending weeks battling thieves that widely published this book as their own. Some even pretended to be me, publishing my life updates with the chapters. Last night I finally checked and can I just say thank you so much for your support. There were only a couple of negative ones, which I understand because it is frustrating for my readers too. I appreciate every one of you, and I will continue to update regularly. 💜

** Paige’s POV **The screen flickers once more. Then Poppy’s face fills it. For half a second she just stares, her eyes wide, and her hair pulled back messily as if she’s been pacing. Then her gaze drops straight to the tiny bundle against my chest.“Oh my goodness,” she breathes. “Paige.”My chest
