"When I opened my eyes, I was confused. Everything was blurry and I felt disoriented. I didn't know where I was or what had happened. I tried to sit up, but my body felt weak and sluggish. As my vision began to clear, I realized that I was in a hospital room. There were beeping machines and tubes and wires attached to me. The last thing I remembered was my sister stabbing me, but I couldn't recall anything after that.

That's true. How did I manage to come back to life? I asked myself but I couldn't get an answer to it.

I couldn't forget the unbearable pain that I felt when she stabbed me with the silver dagger on her right palm. I couldn't forget how blood rushed out of my vagina and stomach.

Just as I was wondering how long I'd been in the hospital room, the door creaked open and Asher walked in.
