I knew Arnold was battling with conflicted emotions. I knew that he was trying so hard not to break down tremendously. His mother died and he had to dine with her killers. For years he had carried the wounds and blames even though he only meant well for his people. I can't give him full assurance for his betrayal but I will support him as much as I can. Deep down I just hoped the letter I had given Cone wouldn't sneak out some of his plans as I now comprehended that he has good intentions.

If the Royal family knows about any of his plans beforehand, they might use it against him.
