I waited until His Highness corrected his statement earlier that he was only joking. That he was not uncovering his identity.

I nervously glanced at the seller who was also watching the Lycan King. Which made me confused. What the heck was I acting like this? Why would I get worried if the woman would find out his identity? Until this man wore the cloak around his head, he will never be known as the Lycan King.

The old woman looked at him.

“Who are you?” she asked. “I can feel that you’re someone of higher authority,” she added. “You emit power which I never felt around the other customers. Are you perhaps of noble blood? But this is the first time I saw your face in the marketplace. Are you new?”

“I am,” he answered curtly.

When the woman did not say anything, but continued watching the Lycan King, I said, “He lived far from him and only visited this place.”
