I race up the stairs and into my old bedroom. I pull the pink lingerie bag out from underneath my bed. It has been hiding there since Kayla gave it to me for my birthday. Luckily none of the fires have damaged the packaging or what is inside. Originally this outfit was meant for Jarek but now I know that it was never truly for him.

Racing out of my old bedroom, I race into the bedroom that I now share with Ward. I don't know how much time I will have to get ready. Lifting up my arm I smell my armpit. It doesn't smell disgusting but I try to remember that lycans have a better sense of smell than I do. After working out in the gym I know that I am probably disgusting.

Bringing the little pink bag with me into the bathroom, I lock the door behind me. Pulling my hair on top of my head I climb in the shower and do my best not to get it wet.
