Chapter 196: A Dangerous Step

Andrea’s POV

When I saw the crest in Athena's hand, the blood on my face drained and I turned pale. The same crest that Alpha Gideon and I have worked so hard to obtain is now sitting on Athena's hand. I always assumed the crest was something tangible, not realizing that was not the case.

When alpha Daniel and Athena exited the courtroom, I tried to rise but my body felt weak as I reflected on everything I had gone through to reach where I am now.

I finally pulled myself up and began walking to my room; I can't let Athena and Alpha Daniel gain control of the army; I've sacrificed so much for this, and I'm not going to let it go easily. I slumped on my bed and I entered my room.
