Was this place more like a prison? Because there are rules and protocols to be followed.

Lights go off by 9pm. Anyone caught outside after then gets arrested. Room roll calls also happen by 8pm. Just like a fucking academy. And there are patrols, with guards ready to fire at anyone who disobeys the rules.
