Marcus stepped into his quarters and saw Dax and Oscar drinking in his bar.

“Good thing you're here, Marcus.” Dax patted the open seat beside him so that he could sit by his side.

“Who is in trouble this time?” Marcus asked sarcastically. He moved forward to join them in the bar.

“The king is the one in trouble,” Oscar jokingly clamoured. He raised the bottle of whiskey in his hand and was about to refill Dax’s glass. “One or two shots?” he smirked.

“Two shots, please,” Dax murmured. He and Oscar had been drinking for a while now.

Marcus dragged the glass of whiskey from Dax and swallowed the liquor. He didn't want him to take another drop of alcohol.

“What kind of trouble has overwhelmed my king that can't be taken care of?” Marcus playfully tapped Dax’s shoulder in an attempt to cheer him up. “I hate seeing you like this.”
