CHAPTER EIGHTY-THREE

Riley struggled to contain her temper, she wanted to hurl at Lucas so badly, but she held back the urge.

The startled lady jumped off the desk and straightened her skirt with a look of embarrassment and shock on her face. At that moment, the secretary ran in, panting heavily and her eyes widened as she saw the scene in front of her.

“King Lucas, I’m so sorry, I couldn’t restrain the queen from barging in.” She said apologetically, afraid that she might lose her job.
