Marly POV

Before I could respond, Jenna was spitting and sputtering, “King, she is nothing more than a weak Omega!” she exclaimed. The King whipped around, “Are you implying I would not recognize my own kind when I see them?” he asked, stepping into her space. Jenna cowered, while Elder Timothy spoke up.

“All royals are accounted for. None were kidnapped; how could this be remotely possible?” he inquired. The King looked to me, “I do not know, but I will find out. You will come with me young lady. It is clear you are not safe here,” he said, while I stood there in stunned silence.

“You are not taking her anywhere,” Carson replied, as the King looked at him. “This royal has been kidnapped, abused, and now she deserves to find out who she really is,” he summarized as if this was the end of the conversation. I stood there for a moment, before I was shaken from my shock.
