Kilian and Maximus had just gotten back from work that day and they agreed that the two of them would take Levana out to watch a movie together.
There were a lot of good shows and she has not been able to go to theatre since she arrived there.
Although both men were actually jealous of each other on the inside because they wished they could just take her out to watch a movie alone, they knew it would be more comfortable for her if they watched it together.
“Get ready, we are going to watch a movie at seven.” They told her a few hours before they were back and by the time they were home, she was already ready to go out.
Levana was wearing a navy blue silky blouse and black pencil skirt with kitten heels. She also wore a navy handbag and a pair of dainty white gold earrings which complimented her
"Turn your wounds into wisdom." -Oprah Winfrey- *** Charlotte headed back to Harper’s apartment with a heavy heart. She couldn’t believe her own sons would choose a mere woman like that who they just knew for a few weeks over their own mother. She knew she couldn’t let this continue on. She needed to do something before her sons were lost forever. “How did it go, mama?” Harper who heard her mother knocking opened up the door and asked right away. “You are right, darling. That woman is a problem for us. We need to get rid of her as soon as possible.” She told Harper right after the door was closed. “What should we do?” Harper asked. “Don’t worry, my baby, I have a plan in mind.” Charlotte said before she entered her room and locked the door. She picked up her phone and dialed the number of one of her associate in there. “Hello, I’d like to hire someone.” She said. “Okay, just giv

None of us are an exception to this reality." -Aamir Khan- *** “Why is she like this?” They looked at her condition after the surgery and saw the wound from the surgery earlier. It broke their heart to see her like this. Kilian sat at the sofa and tried to calm himself down. He knew she would be fine. His fifty million pounds lady would be fine. In the meantime, he needed to catch whoever sent the assassin for her and made sure they paid for what they did. Maximus on the other hand was more uneasy. He kept on walking back and forth across the room as he looked at her with a frown. “Hey you, wake up.” Maximus approached her and knelt so his height matched the length of the hospital’s bed. “Levana, I don’t mind if you look at me with the same judging gaze, I also forgive y

Considering the woman’s demeanor, there was no way she could escape the ties of the chair. Not long after, the door opened and Ace came in unassumingly. When he saw his wife tied up on the chair with a gun on her head, he wanted to pull out his gun and shoot Jerome but before he could, Emmet placed the tip of the gun on the bald man’s head and Kilian showed up from the side.“Ace, I didn’t think I would see you again like this.” Kilian pulled a cha
"If you tell the truth , you don't have to remember anything." -Mark Twain- *** The next morning, Levana slowly fluttered her eyes open. She had been unconscious for long that her eyes were having some difficulties adjusting to the blinding light of the hospital’s ceiling. Unlike most people in her situation, she had perfect memory of what happened. She remembered getting shot and was brought to the hospital before her consciousness was gone. Since she was still there, she assumed she was still alive. “I guess I haven’t run out of luck yet.” She told herself. When she was about to move her body, she could feel this sharp pain that made it impossible for her to even sit up straight. “You have woken up. No, no, don’t move your body like that. It will worsen it.” Maximus approached her and helped her lay back down. “Maximus, did you stay with me the whole night?” She asked. “Well yes, I ca
"The first step toward change is awareness. The second step is acceptance." -Nathaniel Branden- *** “What do you mean by that?” Kilian asked, raising his brow as if he didn’t understand the question already. “First of all, you had fifty million pounds to purchase me, then you have all these strange men going in and out of the house. You almost got poisoned once. Your brother was shot and three days ago I was shot. These things aren’t normal, Kilian. They are not something normal people experience.” She explained. Kilian already knew which directions he was going with this and he was not sure he could tell her about it just yet. “I just want to know. Who are you and what exactly are you doing in life? You told me before you’re a businessman, but what kind of business are you in?” She asked. “Levana, I don’t think it’s something you need to know.” He replied. “I need to know! I almost lost my lif

But instead of that, the main purpose of a charity gala is not to raise fund, but to entertain the guests and network with other high earning and influential individual.”“People are competing to show how charitable and generous they are toward the poor, but most of these people don’t actually care.Only a few are genuine philanthropist from the heart.” Maximus stated in the middle of the conversation.“Well, the people who received the money wouldn’t care if the benefactors actually care about them. All they care about is
"Alliance does not mean love, any more than war means hate." -Francis Parker Yockey- *** Levana saw a man with curly dirty blonde hair and a mischievous smile. For some reason, the moment she laid eyes on him, she already had this instinct. A gut feeling, that this man was trouble. “Alfie.” Kilian greeted the man while Maximus snuffed upon seeing him as if looking at this man was one of the most unpleasant thing he had to do. “Well, well, who do we have here? She looks kind of familiar.” The man placed his gaze on Levana and he licked the corner of his lips. “This is Levana. She’s my guest.” Kilian responded. Upon hearing this, Alfie’s expression brightened up and he chuckled as if he just realized something amusing. “No way, is this one of the woman who was auctioned? Ah, I understand, she’s the one you bought for fifty million pounds.” Levana raised her brow, how did this man knew it. “Alfie,

Your motivation must be absolutely compelling in order to overcome the obstacles that will invariably come your way." -Les Brown- *** “What did you and Alicia talk about?” Kilian asked as soon as both of them were inside the car, about to head back home. “She just gave me her business card, in case anything happen, she told me if you or Maximus ever mistreat me, I can come to her for protection.” She responded. “Oh, I have nothing to worry about then because that will never happen. I cannot mistreat you. You are too precious for me.” He replied. After they got back home, Levana was so tired and drained all she wanted to do was to sleep. She completely ignored the men and headed straight in her room. She removed all of the jewelries and makeup. Her hair accessories and styling was also removed, allowing her natural hair to fall over her chest. Th
