ADRIANO'S POV~

The setting was perfect. The table was covered in white linen, and a faint smell of cigar smoke lingered in the air. I had made sure that the place was secure, with my men stationed at all strategic locations. The entire place was under my control.

As my contact entered the room, I stood up and gestured for him to approach. He came towards me, and we exchanged a handshake. I noticed the briefcase he was carrying, filled with my well-deserved spoils. He opened it, and I could see the diamonds and gold jewelry sparkling in the dim light.

I nodded towards Salvatore, my trusted right-hand man, to take the briefcase and inspect its contents.

Salvatore nodded in affirmation and pulled out a diamond tester from his pocket. After a few moments, he confirmed the authenticity of the gems. Satisfied, I handed the briefcase in my hand filled with money back to my contact with a smirk. "Excellent work," I said, as he nodded in acknowledgement.
