Brak!

A gun was suddenly pointed at the old woman standing in front of the door. Without fear, the old woman walked closer and even smiled slightly.

"Is this how you greet your grandmother, Lucas?"

The man named Lucas slowly lowered his gun and holstered it behind his suit. Lucas smoothed out his black suit.

"Grandma, why did you come like that? Are you angry at me after getting that report from that trashy woman?" Lucas spoke without looking at the old woman, who was now trying to control her emotions.

"Trash? At least she can maintain her dignity compared to the women you consider respectable, dear." The old woman's hand rose and smoothed her grandson's shirt collar.

"To me, she's still trash that Grandma picked up at a brothel." Lucas stared coldly.

Grandma Louisa smiled sweetly in response to her beloved grandson's words. "She's not a prostitute even though I met her there, isn't that right? You proved it yourself."

Lucas's face immediately turned cold upon hearing what the old woman in front of him said. He understood what his grandmother meant, but how did she know? Naya wouldn't be so vulgar as to say that she and Lucas had just spent their first night together.

"Honey, Grandma will wait in the dining room. There's something you have to do." The old woman kissed her grandson's cheek softly, then walked elegantly out of Lucas's room.

"Damn! Did that trashy woman say something to my grandmother? But even if that trashy woman was still a virgin when she served me, I still wouldn't consider her my wife. I'll find a time to get rid of her from my life."

At the dining table, the three of them seemed to be enjoying their breakfast. Naya's omelet was very popular with Grandma and Mr. Bayu.

Lucas, who had just entered the dining room, made the previously warm atmosphere turn cold and scary when Naya accidentally caught her husband's annoyed expression.

Lucas was truly a person who had no sweetness in him at all.

"Mr. Lucas, what would you like to eat? Let me prepare it for you?" Naya, who had already gotten up from her seat, immediately asked with a frightened look on her face.

"No need! Bayu, we're leaving now. Have you prepared everything?" Lucas asked the man who was his right-hand man in a cold voice.

Bayu glanced at the grandmother who was looking at Lucas. "Is everything ready? But I can't contact Miranda."

Lucas hadn't told Bayu that he wouldn't be going with the woman he had caught last night having sex with his own cousin in the apartment he had bought for his lover.

Lucas also didn't want to cancel his trip to Miami because he didn't want to be in the same house as the woman who was his wife.

"Let's go now, Bay."

"Take your wife with you, dear," said Grandma Louisa firmly.

"What?" Naya's eyes widened.

Lucas suddenly stopped in his tracks. Lucas took a deep breath. He knew what would happen next.

"Grandma, I don't need to go with Mr. Lucas. I'll stay here and take care of the housework," said Naya nervously.

Of course, Naya was very shocked and worried. She was worried that if she went with her devilish husband, she might not come back alive.

"You're the one who needs to go, Nay, instead of that woman named Miranda. You are Lucas's wife and you have more right to be by your husband's side."

Lucas turned around and walked towards his grandmother. The look in his eyes seemed to imply that he was very angry with the old woman in front of him at that moment.

"Honey, take your wife shopping and enjoy your vacation there. It's been a month since you got married, and you and your wife haven't had your honeymoon yet. Grandma is here, and let me take care of everything here." The old woman's hand gently caressed her grandson's cheek.

"I won't take that trash woman with me, Grandma," Lucas said softly and firmly.

"Grandma wants Naya to go with you, and if I hear that Naya is hurt or that you are trying to get rid of her, then say goodbye to your grandmother too," said the old woman softly.

"Are you threatening me, Grandma?" Lucas stared coldly.

"It's not a threat, but it's what I will do. At least Grandma will be happy to meet your grandfather there." Grandma Louisa's hand smoothed the top three buttons of Lucas's open shirt.

Lucas was silent, but his jaws were clenched tightly as if holding back anger.

Bayu, who saw this, could only hold back his smile. Only Grandma Louisa could subdue her boss.

"Naya, go with your husband. Here is your passport, which I made for you because my purpose in coming here was also to give this to you. Have fun and don't worry about preparing anything. Lucas will take you shopping and buy everything you need."

"But, Grandma."

"Hurry up and go!" Lucas said firmly.

Before Naya could finish speaking, Lucas cut her off. Still confused, Naya quickly said goodbye to Grandma Louisa and immediately ran to catch up with Lucas, who was already in his car.

The old woman smiled happily as she watched from the window as Lucas's car drove out of her grandson's large mansion.

In the car, Lucas chose to remain silent, his expression naturally frightening Naya. Naya preferred to look out the window rather than at her husband's scary face.

When they arrived at his private jet, Lucas immediately got in, followed by Naya, who was amazed to see a private jet for the first time and even more amazed that she would be inside it.

"If your husband loved you, Naya, your life would be very happy," said Mr Bayu, who was walking behind Naya.

"Even if he didn't have all this, if he loved me, I would also be very happy, Mr Bayu," replied Naya.

Bayu only responded with a slight smile as he adjusted his glasses.

Naya was directed to sit alone near the window. Meanwhile, Lucas chose to sit with Bayu in another seat located right in front of Naya's seat.

"I'm scared," Naya whispered, and only she could hear her words.

This was Naya's first time on a plane and she was really scared, but she didn't dare say it, especially since there was something even more frightening inside the jet.

Naya sat nervously because the plane was about to take off and Naya was really scared of that.

"What should I do?" Naya said to herself in confusion. She tried to look at the other seats, which appeared to be empty.

Naya, who was already panicking, immediately got up from her seat and moved to the front, where her husband was. Naya sat right next to Lucas and quickly grabbed his hand.

"I'm scared," she said, her voice sounding bitter and sad.

Lucas ignored Kanaya for several days. He even went abroad to take care of his work without saying goodbye to Kanaya. Bayu sent a message to Kanaya saying that Lucas would be abroad for a few days. Kanaya was also unable to contact her husband. She could only ask Bayu to let her know how Lucas was doing there. "Hello, Kanaya.""Salina, what's up? It's unusual for you to contact me.""Actually, I've been wanting to visit you for a while, but I've been calming myself down.""How are you doing now?""I'm fine, Kanaya. I've also canceled my wedding with Chris, even though it was very difficult because our entire extended family already knew about our wedding plans, and I didn't want to expose Chris's flaws. So, I was really looking for the right reason." "I'm sorry, Salina. I didn't mean to make you go through all this, but it's better for you to know who your future husband really is before it's too late." "You're right, Kanaya. I also want to thank you. I'll be able to forget him

Kanaya quickly answered Lucas' call and told Gio to wait there for a moment. "Yes, honey, what is it?""Kanaya, I'll be home soon. Do you want me to bring you anything?"Kanaya was a little surprised by Lucas' question because her husband had never acted like that towards her before. Even if he wanted to buy her something, Lucas would just buy it without asking Kanaya first. Could it be that Lucas knew Gio was at the house? Hopefully that wasn't the case."I don't want you to bring me anything. Just come home. I'm waiting for you and I have a special surprise for you," replied Kanaya. "A special surprise? What kind of surprise? Don't make a celebration again because I don't like it.""You'll find out later, just go home, I'll wait at home."Lucas hung up the phone. Kanaya immediately asked Gio to leave her house because Lucas would be arriving soon, and Kanaya didn't want any trouble to happen. "Kanaya, I actually came here to find out how you were doing after what happened, and I

Kanaya's face tensed as she watched Lucas's hand grip Gio's neck tightly. Gio's face turned red as he endured the pain and even held his breath. Lucas's grip made it difficult for Gio to breathe. "Honey, please let go of Gio. Don't hurt him. He didn't mean to interfere. Please let go." Kanaya grabbed Lucas's hand and tried to pull it away from Gio's neck. "Why are you defending him? Do you have a special relationship with him? This man dared to speak against me. This is my territory and I have the right to treat anyone as I please, including Miranda!""Please, honey, don't do anything fatal. Gio was just helping Miranda, he was acting on reflex, and I'm not defending Gio at all, I just don't want my husband to commit a crime.""You don't need to be afraid, even if I kill this jerk right now, I'll be fine." Lucas's face still looked terrifying."Please, honey, let him go. After this, we'll leave immediately, okay." Kanaya tried to calm her husband down. Lucas glanced sharply at Gio,

Kanaya was still shocked to see Gio there, and now she had to pair up with him as a model. "You're so beautiful, Kanaya," whispered Gio as he stood right behind her. Kanaya tried to remain silent and smile in front of the camera that was about to take her picture. Now the photographer directed Kanaya to stand facing each other with her hands lightly draped around Gio's neck. Gio's eyes never left Kanaya's face as she smiled at him. "Why was I such a coward that I lost you," Gio said again. "Gio, we're working, I hope we don't discuss other things," Kanaya replied, staying focused on the camera. "Are you afraid because your husband is here? I can introduce myself as your old friend who happened to meet you here?"Kanaya turned her head with a puzzled look. Why did Gio say it as if they had a relationship? "Gio, focus? Don't look at Kanaya like that because it won't be good for you, dear." Jo's index finger gently and affectionately stroked Gio's chest. "Let's take a short bre

The photo shoot began. Miranda posed beautifully and professionally. Kanaya stood there, staring admiringly at Miranda. However, that didn't mean Kanaya wanted to be like Miranda. "Ouch! My foot." Miranda suddenly groaned in pain. Miranda's eyes glanced at the man, hoping he would look at her, but Miranda's hopes were in vain. Lucas wasn't looking at her at all; he was busy with his cell phone. Kanaya understood Miranda's actions, of course. "Honey, I want a drink." Kanaya's hand gently caressed her husband's arm. "You want a drink? Then let's go to the main room."Lucas's arm wrapped around Kanaya's waist and took her away from there. "How rude! She really took Lucas away from me," Miranda muttered angrily. As they walked to the main room, Kanaya's eyes caught sight of a familiar figure standing not far away. "That's Gio, right? What is he doing here?""Honey, what's wrong?" Lucas asked in surprise when he saw Kanaya suddenly stop walking. "Nothing." Kanaya smiled. The two

Kanaya paced back and forth in front of the bed, right where Lucas was still snoring softly. She wanted to talk to her husband right away about his collaboration with Miranda. However, Kanaya didn't want to confront her husband directly. "He has to cancel his collaboration with that seductive woman. I don't want him to see her again," Kanaya said to herself. Soon, the man she had been waiting to wake up blinked his eyes, sat up, and looked in surprise at his wife, who was still busy pacing back and forth. "What are you doing? Come here, keep me company while I sleep. Today, I want to spend time with you." Lucas reached out his hand. Kanaya immediately stopped walking, turned her head, and walked slowly back to the bed. "Honey, I have something important to talk to you about."Lucas held Kanaya in his arms. Kanaya was now confused about where to start, but she had to talk firmly with her husband about the partnership. "What do you want to talk about? Why are you silent?""About
