71. A Letter (1)

Irina walked amongst the standing shelves at Lucas’s personal library in his bedroom. The bedroom was much bigger than the house where her father and she used to live, well she used to stay in Nieal’s mansion but this was a castle, she would probably get lost in the way if she had to find it by herself.

Dawn passed and replaced by weak shine from the morning sun. Irina looked outside through the tall glass window, it was snow everywhere. The temperature outside was on the opposite of inside temperature, perhaps it was because her mother was in the castle, she guessed on why she felt the warm atmosphere unlike when she was at the cottage with Lucas and the others.

She put her hand over her open mouth to cover the yawn that escaped. Staying up all night, she felt it was a long time from her last sleep. She wanted to catch a sleep while waiting for Lucas to get her, besides most of the creature in the castle were asleep in daylight.
