Chapter thirty one

It was late at night. Alexa lay on the bed looking exhausted. She was becoming so big that she was no longer able to do things on her own. Not even get up.

Leo helps her to do almost everything, and she knows how much she stresses him out.

The nights she wakes Leo up just because she couldn't feel her legs, or need a massage, or whenever she starts craving something makes her feel a lot guilty.

She was causing him to have sleepless nights, but apparently, Leo knows it's his duty to always be there for her.

If she has sleepless nights, then he should too, and make sure she's able to go back to sleep since that's also the only way for him to go back to sleep.

Leo walked inside the room after the annoying call he received and lay down on the bed.

"What's wrong?" Alexa asked Leo.

Leo looked at her and shook his head. "Nothing much. Just got a call from an unexpected somebody."
