CHAPTER 6

The dinner come to an end with Lian’s spaghetti all eaten by the Montenegro brothers. She’s really pleased with that and was about to wash the dishes when Aries told her that he was gonna do it

She went to the bathroom to take a quick bath because she feels sweaty and slimy. There is no shower here but Heizhen already boiled some water and poured it in a small tub.

“Ahh, nothing beats soaking in a bath after an exhausting day” she whispered to herself

“What happen when were out Heizhen? It seems like the attitude of wife has changed?”

Aries curiously asked while washing the dishes

“Nothing. She just promised not to run away anymore”

Yuno, who heard Heizhen’s words suddenly sprang up in his seat “Really?”

“Hmm” Heizhen nodded

“I wonder why she suddenly changed her mind?”

Zeus, who is silent since earlier suddenly spoke “Maybe she realize that it’s better in here than being in the slave market”

“Maybe” Aries just agreed to his brother’s idea but he just can’t stop feeling that something’s wrong

After that nice bath, Lian went back to the room that she stayed in last night. There is no tv here nor cellphones and it’s absolutely not advisable to roam around the area  at night so she have no choice but to stay in this  room.

Lian is peacefully lying at the bed when someone knocks at the door

“Are you asleep?” she didn’t know who it was but she get off the bed and walk towards the door

As soon as she open the door, she saw the handsome face of Aizen

“Do you need anything?” Lian initiated to ask when she saw how he keeps on scratching the back of his head while his ears are turning red

“Ehem. We decided to take turns in sleeping with you and it’s my turn now”

Shit! She got too excited on being transmigrated and having handsome guys around that she forgot these were actually her husbands! What to do? She don’t have any experience in that area but she heard it hurts?

“It’s okay if you don’t want to. I’ll just go back to the other room” Aizhen turn his back on Lian and was about to walk away when he felt someone’s hand on the end of his shirt

Aizen turned his head back and he saw the red face Lian.

“U-uhm,y-you can sleep here”

This is the first time that Aizen got close to a woman. His breathing gets abnormal and it’s as if his heart would jump out of his ribcage. He’s really nervous. He’s actually lying down in the same bed with their wife.

On the other hand, Lian seems to be calm. As a woman from 21^st century era, she’s not that conscious about things like this. When she went into a camping before, she also slept in the same space with a man so this thing is not that new to her. However, as she feels the nervousness of the man beside her, she also starts getting nervous.

“So uhm, I heard you promise Heizhen that you won’t ran away anymore?” Lian was startled when Aizhen suddenly speak out of nowhere

“Hmm, like I’ve said earlier, I lost my memories so I don’t know where my family is or even if I still have a one, so even if I ran away, I wouldn’t have a place to stay”

Aizen nodded “ Great that you think like that. We’re poor and we can’t give you a luxurious life but we promise that we’ll always take care of you”

“I actually don’t care about a luxurious life. You bought me at a slave market so although I can’t remember a thing about my past, I’m sure that I didn’t leave a great life either” Lian turned around and face him

The nervousness that Aizhen felt got doubled and he started to sweat.

Seeing him like this, Lian somewhat felt comfortable with him. She thought that he’s some kind of cold and silent type of guy but I think he’s just shy and isn’t comfortable with girls so he doesn’t talk much. Lian slightly giggled. How cute.

 “Let’s sleep then, first brother” How can he have the nerve to sleep right now? Their wife was lying beside him with that sweet smile plastered on her face. Tell him, how can he sleep right now?!

“Call me Aizen from now on. Calling me first brother seems like you’re my sister so just call me by my name.”

It’s just his excuse tho. He’s just jealous of their youngest because their wife is calling him by his name and they seem really close after just a day of spending time together.

“Sure…. Aizen” She said as she chuckled

Seeing her like that makes Aizen’s heart flutter. He thought, I will forever protect that smile. He will do anything to keep her happy and contented. He will never let her feel wronged.

With that thought in mind, Aizen slowly closed his eyes and fell asleep.
