Chapter 3

When I wake up I found myself in the couch wrapped around in blankets at least 3 of them I chuckled mom but then I ended up coughing instead of laughing and the cough made my head hurt alot on top of that my nose was very runny on one side and dry on the other urgh I hate when this happens.

When I checked my phone I found like a dozen messages from an unknown number so I opened them. 

"Where the fuck are you?"

"Got dammed Emma it's fucking pouring come back" 

"ANSWER MY FUCKIN MESSAGES!!" 

Well you get the idea they go on insults and I'm being yelled at so I just left the person on read I knew it was Zach I really don't want to deal with him right now. 

My mom came downstairs and saw me and she had on the pity face on her and she decided that I would stay home today and can I just say I was glad I wouldn't have to face either Brittney or Zach.

I enjoyed my day even though I was in pain I binge watched all my shows no drama or pain it was just peaceful why can't everyday be like this my goodness.

Sadly the day ended and when I woke up in the morning I was actually feeling better meaning its back to fucking school argh yippee.

I then got ready and wore my black boots and a black Jean with a white loose shirt every one of my clothes were too big for me because since I got bullied for my weight I decided to hide myself but that didn't help me because all those loose clothes did was make it seem as though I was bigger than I was but hey there's really nothing I can do about it... It really doesn't matter what do I'm going to get judged and bullied for it anyway so I just let it be. 

When I got to school I made it to my locker and I got to class hey that's a record I high fived myself in my mind I actually made it to class without being bullied hell yeah! 

I got to my sit and the teacher started teaching but I felt a burning stare at the side of my head and when I looked over it was Zach and he made no effort to hide the fact that I caught him staring he just continued staring at me a small crease forming in between is eyebrows so I looked away but he continued staring at me when the class was finally over I packed my stuff in a hurry the left the classroom. 

I went to lunch and I saw Tyler and Rosa waving at me so I went to them and took my lunch as we were headed towards our table my tray was knocked over my hands and when I looked up I saw Brittney smirking at me. 

'Oops!' she dramatically brings her hand to her mouth. 

'Didn't see you there bitch' 

Then Tyler stepped in front of me and took his drink and poured it on top of her head he then also mimics her. 

'Oops didn't see you there BITCH!' he let's on the bitch part he then crosses his arms daring her to continue to bad mouth me. 

'You fucking idiot do you fucking know who I am!!!?' Brittney asks screaming at him I'm sure all the cafeteria's attention is now on us because it's now dead silent people are listening to what's going on here. 

'Yes I know who the fuck you are and I don't give a two's fuck who you are even if the queen was your mother I would never let you insult my girl Emma over here because your ugly ass can't deal with the fact that she's happy and you are not bitch.' 

Brittney wanted to say something but all her words died in her mouth when Tyler gave her the look that said if you dare say anything I will fucking kil you she then gave him a chance to fake smile but before she left she came to my side and whispered 

' I will fucking get you when you are alone and lover boy over there won't always be there to save you.' and with that she left me standing there stund and scared I knew that I was in a hell trouble but I pushed it at the back of my mind for now. 

After school as I was waiting for Lia I felt my hair being pulled and when I looked up I saw one of Brittney's minions then I felt something hard hit my stomach and it left me breathless then I felt another blow to the stomach and I rolled down holding my stomach coughing. 

Then I was jerked up and when I looked up it was the one and only Brittney who was holding me down so I was kneeling in front of her while she was holding my hair pulling it roughly backward and I couldn't stop from flinching because it was really painful. 

'I told you I would get you for that, no one disrespects me and gets away with it and surely not you because you are just pathetic.' 

When I looked behind her I saw Zach standing there.... how long was he standing there, is he just going to stang there and not help me? 

He just stood there no emotion radiating from his face so I just let them do what they wanted once they were finished they left but I kept my eyes on Zach how he would just let them do this to me this was the moment I realized that my Zach was gone I had no idea who this Zach was but he was not the same Zach who used to adore me and took care of me and not the Zach who would always defend me from the bullies today is the day I realized that, that Zach is dead. 

When I got up I realized that Lia was here the whole time while they were beating me but she didn't do anything. She and Britteny are on the same team. 

'Why do hate me Lia?' I ask her as my tears were rolling down this was the first time I actually let my guard down and cried in front of my sister and I didn't care. 

'Don't act like you don't know why I fucking about you bitch' she says I could feel the vernom in her words she really did hate me this much. 

'That's because I don't know why you hate me Lia I have never done anything to offend you.' I felt so helpless I really wish I could lean on her and for her to lend me a shoulder to cry on. 

'Think long and hard and you will realize why I hate you you are the reason our family fell apart.' 

'what are you talking about Lia!' I end up screaming in frastration and anger what is she talking about. 

'DON'T FUCKING PRETEND LIKE YOU DON'T KNOW EMMA!' she then walked to her car got in and slammed the door behind her I just stood there tears falling non stop. She then pumps the horn long and loudly so I quickly got inside I kept quiet thinking about what she said what did she mean that I was the reason our family fell apart. 

When I got home I went upstairs removed my shirt and saw that my stomach was bruised from the beating I got I then sink to the floor what has my life become God why is this happening to me what did I do to deserve such treatment?... 

It was finally Saturday I sighed smiled the weekend the two days I always look forward to no bullies just me. 

Then my phone rang I picked up without seeing the caller ID 

'hello' I answered but no one answered back. 

'Hello?' still no answer so I hang up might be some kids prank calling me but I knew it was kids. 

My phone rang again. 

'Whoever this is stop calling me it's not fucking funny.' 

'Whoa there easy tiger it's just me your friend if you remember me.' 

'Oh sorry Rosa I didn't check the caller id and I got a weird call earlier I thought it was still the same person.' 

'So what's up' 

'Well since you snapped at me which is so not cool you need to make it up to me and I know just how you do that.' 

'Whatever it is No' 

'You haven't even heard my proposal' 

'I don't want to hear it' 

'Please Em just this one time do it for me please.' 

'argh fine so what is the thing anyway?' 

'We are going to a partyyyy!!!' she says screaming. 

'No take backs I'm on my way with some outfits bishhh' she then hangs up. 

After roughly 5 minutes I hear the bell ring and when I open the door it's Rosa and she's breathing heavily. 

'Um Rosa did you run here?' 

'Well yeah you need to get ready come on' she grabs my hand and takes me upstairs. 

She then hands me a black dress. It was sleeveless and short. 

'I am not wearing that Rosa look at that thing.' 

'That thing is called a dress now go get dressed.'

I did what boss lady told me and she then made me sit down and she did my makeup after she was done I got to look at myself in the mirror and I looked very pretty. 

The dress really hugged my curves and to add to the final touch she gave me some black heels and I really looked beautiful when I looked at my makeup I gasped she didn't really apply alot she knows that I don't like makeup yet I looked very beautiful I then turned to face her and she was grinning. 

We then took of I don't even know where we are going after some minutes we got there wow this party was already in full swing when we got there so we headed inside. 

Well more like Rosa dragged me I already regretted coming here in the first place so we got in and she led me in. After a while I was having some fun I decided to go blow of some steam. 

I got outside and removed my heels and put my feet in the water there were some few people outside which was perfect the fewer the better. 

'Ahh the whale decided to spread her wings and go to the party.' Britteny said while her little minions laughed at her joke. 

I immediately got up to leave but she stopped me before I could go anywhere. 

'Where do you think you are going silly we mean no harm.' but I could feel the sarcasm in her words she meant harm alright and I didn't want to stick around for when it happened. 

She took one step closer to me and I took one step back. I then realized people were slowly coming to see what the chaos was all about some just wanted something to gossip about. 

She then took another step towards me and I took a step back again. 

'So you thought if you dressed up you would hide the fact that you are ugly and might I add fat too.' she laughed at her own joke as if it was the funniest thing she had ever heard. 

'No matter how much makeup you put on bitch you will still be the same old Ugly Emma!' she then steps closer and I step back. 

Only this time I didn't realize I was at the edge of the pool and I fell in and I heard people including the bitch laughing. 

The only problem was I couldn't swim I kept trying to kick to the surface but it was not working I felt myself starting to lose consciousness but then I felt myself being carried by someone that self so warm. 

I heard someone calling my name but I couldn't hear who it was I was slowly losing consciousness. Then suddenly all the water I had swallowed slowly exited my body and I started coughing uncontrollably when I open my eyes I see everyone looking at me some faces filled with worry while others with disgust I don't know why though. 

When I finally looked at the person who saved me my eyes land on Zach who was looking at me searching my eyes to be exact.
