(Two weeks later)
“How did you talk me into this.” I fidget nervously. The combination on my nerves and my excitement battling for control. We are walking into the most exclusive sex club in the city. Sarima, my dearest and wildest friend got me and Ivy entrance for the night. The theme is masks and play. We had just gotten out of the company car from Ivy and taken a few rounds of shots to calm my nerves.
“Sweetie, let’s be honest. Between Cordell’s ass and your boss Rowan making your life a living hell, you need this! A night where you can release all your tension and try your best to not control a situation!” Samira states through her golden venetian mask that matches her golden mini dress. She isn’t wrong. My work life is just as fucked up as my personal life. Rowan is the new acting manager as his father deals with health issues. Except I was doing the entire job at my marketing firm. I was a shoe in for the position yet nepotism wins and in swoops his whore of a son from the London office.
“Ivy, you won’t have any problem getting action tonight. You look amazing.” She smiles striking a pose as my phone goes off. I look down to see Cordell texting me once again. Since the phone calls and flowers didn’t work. I smirk with an exhale.
“Cordell?” Ivy asks. I nod in frustration.
“Here, let me.” Samira takes my phone. Types a message then shuts it off.
“Oh my god. What did you say?”
“I told him you were about to get pounded in a sex club and not to call back. Then I shut it down. He will be having a horrible night!” Samira replies as I laugh from the image of his frustration alone. We make it to the hostess who processes us.
“Here are your wristbands for the night. Masks must stay on at all times. All phones must be collected for privacy reasons.” The hostess tells us. We give over our phones as they are secured in lockers and we put on bracelets. We move away from the coat check and Samira takes my wrist. I feel a cool metal item on my skin.
“What is this?” I see a silver and black bracelet locked in place with a digital light flashing. “I’m about to be sold in the sex trade am I right? I knew our friendship was too good to be true.”
“No! Okay be open minded about this. Ivy and I agreed you needed to release some tension more than any of us. So…” Samira begins looking to Ivy.
“We got you a Dom. You will relinquish all control which we know is so hard for you to do. He will take care of all your needs.” Ivy says and I see her bite her lip from the exposed part of her mask.
“You two have lost your minds. Its confirmed!” I fidget to get it off.
“Only he has the key to remove it. He has been vetted and I promise your safety.” Samira adds pulling me along into the club. I mean they know me well. They know I have always wanted to try a little of the Dom and Sub lifestyle. I just never met a man dominant enough for me.
“Okay, I will give it a try but if I end up on Law-and-Order Special Victims Unit, I promise to haunt you both forever.” I tell them as they laugh.
“That’s my girl!” Samira adds.
“There are no more surprises, correct? This is it?”
“We promise. So, let’s get some liquid courage inside us before we get something else inside us!” Samira says loudly and a few people around us turn and smile. I follow them to the bar. There are large dark couches sporadically around the club. A huge dance floor with dim lights everywhere. On the dance floor one-woman dances with a woman in front of her running her hands over her body while a man stands behind doing the same. She takes turns kissing each of them.
“Here!” Ivy yells over the music passing me a drink. Taking a gulp looking out on the dance floor. I swear for a moment I caught a glimpse of a man in a matching mask. I wonder if he is my Dom? Following the girls I fidget with the bracelet. I wonder will he be able to handle how strong willed I am.
I get handed a double shot since I’m now holding an empty glass. I nod in appreciation downing it quickly as a very broad guy in a silver mask walks up to Ivy and whispers in her ear.
“We meet up right here at midnight.” Samira yells as we nod through our masks. Samira heads off with a couple in matching masks. I finish off my drink calming my nerves and decide to walk around. I enter the first dark hall and peek in the room. On the left is a woman strapped to an X as a female Dom uses a toy on her teasing her withholding orgasm. On the right side, there is a couple on a bed in the center of the room. Couples stand around watching and touching on one another. Moans escaped the woman on the bed as her partner drives roughly into her. I pass a gentleman he takes my hand. Seeing my bracelet he immediately let’s go. God. Who is this man they want to steer clear of? What have my girls gotten me into? The woman’s moans bring my focus back to the room as she is taken from both ends.
“Does this turn you on?” A deep voice comes from behind me. I begin to turn but his hands catch my hips, stopping me from seeing him. “Don’t speak. You are not allowed to. You may nod yes or shake your head; do you understand?” The power and confidence in his voice instantly turns me on and piss me off at the same time. Still, I nod my head yes. “Good girl.” I refuse to fall for these two words. Still, I feel goosebumps cover my skin with anticipation. “Are you ready to give me control?”
SeleneIt’s been a whirlwind of the past few days. I haven’t heard from Cordell since we threw him out of my condo. I also had a huge conversation with the front desk and security. I pay money for him not to find a way up to my door. I’m a single woman, and I don’t need to be in these situations. I did go to the shooting range again with Samira and Ivy. We used to go when we first met. We would do self-defense classes as well. Whatever new option we came up with for three single ladies living in New York City. We follow all the rules you should follow anywhere, but in all actuality, we have never had any issues or needed to use our skills. Until Sunday, when that ass wipe showed up at my door. The next week of work was actually a breeze. Rowan and I seemed to be getting along. We worked together well. I didn’t have any pop ins from Sia like most mean girls would do. Also, Cordell wasn’t even allowed in the building. I came to the realization that I have to be more o
RowanThe week flew by. It seemed as though Selene and I were at a truce as far as making each other’s lives hell. After we left the party, we ended up at this twenty-four hour diner on Twelve Street. We spent the next two hours talking over two cheeseburgers, fries, and milk shakes. The rest of the week flew by. Sia seemed to take the hint and only reached out for work related questions. I did notice she seemed a bit standoff-ish when it came to her ex. I just assumed it was a sore subject and steered clear of that. I had even had a rather decent conversation with my father. He didn’t come right out and tell me what a royal disappointment I was for him. He kind of hinted around at it. That, for me, is like a compliment. I mean honestly I’m doing quite well. We landed two new clients and my father was happy about that. “I have to say that your handling of these two new clients shows the potential I have been dying to see within you. Can you actually keep it up? Is
SeleneI look out the windows of my condo. The early morning clouds setting in showing it will be a cold overcast day. It’s sunday after the dinner party and I am shocked to say I had a really good time. So much so that the girls are on their way over so we can have brunch together. I have a catering team in the kitchen right now preparing a nice quaint meal for Samira, Ivy, and myself. I hear the clanking of the pots and pans. The smell of the food is almost ready. It is a great morning to do absolutely nothing, but tell some lies and drink mimosas. It’s what Sundays in New York are made for. Or the walk of shame leaving some hot guy as you catch an Uber home wearing the same outfit from last night. I came home after a fun night with Mr. Merrick and I am still in shock about it. I hear a knock at the door and look over at the clock. It’s around ten a.m. and the ladies are early. There must be a lot of gossip for us to catch up on. I place my coffee down as I wrap the silk
Rowan “Yes, we run in some of the same circles. Her family uses my law firm to handle matters. But we have been friends for years. So, when she told me Mr. Merrick himself would be here with his girlfriend. I had to come to give my regards.” Cordell looks me up and down. “Ah, this is Cordell.” I lean into Selene speaking loudly as Cordell frowns from our closeness. I can smell her sweet scent of roses. “Yes, this is my ex-boyfriend.” She tells me as I watch Sia smirk. I know she had something to do with this. There is no doubt she planned this. I exhale, pulling Selene closer to my side. Cordell and Sia both watch the way my fingers grip her hips. “Well, I can’t really say I am surprised. I mean, you constantly talked about how much you hated the guy. I should have known it was code for I can’t wait to fuck him.” Cordell snarls looking at me. But I’m also secretly enjoying knowing that I was her nightly conversation topic. “Well, it is nice to hear you had spo
34.SeleneWe enter the penthouse where there are a large number of guests filling the rooms. My coat is taken at the front door with a makeshift coat room being a spare bedroom off the entrance. I am wearing a form fitted red cocktail dress with a cuff trim top and spaghetti straps. I went with some matching red heels. My hair is pulled back in soft curls over one shoulder. I take the arm of Rowan, and he leads us around the room. I swear I just heard his breathing catch as he helped me out of my coat. I could feel his eyes on my ass. Sorry, Mr. Merrick, I am not in any way interested. With that being said, I haven’t talked with my Dom in almost two weeks. Since he commanded me to a hotel suite. If I weren’t so busy with work, I would wonder if I did something wrong. But I know for a fact he wanted me. He needed me, and I loved giving in to him. Now Master is a man who knows how to handle me. Mr. Rowan Merrick should take a class or two from him. He is the total package. Even
SeleneThis man is an absolute asshole and I can’t fathom how such a human came from Mr. Merrick Senior. They are totally night and day. “You will look at me when I speak to you.” I tell him as he slowly raises his head. If looks could kill then I would surely be dead on this spot of carpet. “Excuse me? I think you are forgetting it is my family name on this building and company. Not yours. No matter what special favors you may have done-” He begins and I cut him off. “Not one special favor was ever done at my expense and that is what eats you up huh? That you surely can’t believe that I would ever be worth anything more than an easy ride. Is that what you want to say? Go ahead because you wouldn’t be the first and you won’t be the last.” I see him pause and his shoulders go down just a hitch. “Look, we can agree to disagree about a lot of things but your rise to the top would be a low blow even from me. I apologize.” He tells me and I frown. I was not expecting th
