7-Reality Check

Freaky, giant bird claws. That’s what my hands were currently resting on. That’s what was currently holding me as we flew up, up and away.

“Uhh, yeah this is like cool and all but I like the ground. Uhm, I like uhm, the ground. A lot,” I mumbled, as I popped one eye open.

I was once on a roller coaster, one of the very few outings in high school. It took me half an hour of a pep talk to even get on and I had my eyes shut the whole time as I told the seatbelt how much I loved it. How I was its friend. How I believed in the seatbelt.
