Sam did not waste any second, she opened the email to read its content.
She was befuddled after reading the message.
MY Corporation terminated her as Finance Manager because she has been accused of embezzlement for purposely stealing funds from the company.
It is also said that she is not allowed to enter the company premises, effective this day, while the investigation is still ongoing.
And since they were able to retrieve the amount of money stolen, the management decided to just terminate her and would not seek legal actions.
However, if the result of the investigation proved that she stole more than the amount they recovered, they might pursue legal proceedings.
