Sam just ignored Charles. She stood up and fixed herself.
While Charles was disappointed again but he understands and respects Sam.
In this time that several couples engage in premarital sex, he admired her more because of her principle that no sex before marriage. Moreover, he loves her so dearly, thus, he’s willing to wait until they got married.
The following week, Charles and Sam got busy with their work.
In spite of their tight schedule, they managed to spend dinner with Mrs. Wilson. They informed her that they are engaged already and soon to get married.
At first, Mrs. Wilson was shocked. Although she prepared herself for it, she did not expect that the feeling would be different the moment they announced it personally to her. But of course, she accepted it nicely since Sam was at the right age already.
