Idris and I share a tiny round table at the cafe. Neither of us could say a thing. I was so caught up in my own head I hadn’t even realised he was staring at me looking as if he had things to stay. I look into Leonids’s warm father like eyes. All I can do is smile. I want a new fucking life damn it. I want to be as strong as Idris believes I am. Maybe I am suppose to be. We awoke the next morning to knocking at the door. Idris getting out of bed and answering it to find that we had been sent trays of food by Leonids. Idris thanked the guard and brought our meal straight onto the bed. I’m still not sure after all these years why I always go back to the same spot. But never the less….in times of heart ache, sorrow, anger, or my most deepest sadness I always end up in the same spot.
