SERGEI MOROZOV

"There is no fracture but the tissues around the ankle are damaged causing swelling. The cuts on the hand aren't deep but they would take time to heal since her overall physical and mental health seems to be disturbed." The doctor said, handing over a list of medicines.

I grabbed the paper.

"Please, take care of her, or her condition could get worse." With that said Bogdan led the doctor away.

I stared down at the list before looking towards my room's door.

She was breaking and for some odd reason I didn't feel like celebrating.

Stepping inside my room, I looked over at her sleeping form on my master size bed. She looked so small on that mattress. Slowly walking up to her, I stared down at her. She looked pale, and her dark circles were just emphasizing her bad condition and yet, she looked like a sleeping angel.

An angel, the devil put to sleep.

I sat down on my master chair in the corner and stared at her.

  • The Pakhan's Bride   CHAPTER 24

ZARYA ROGOV I stared at the long gash on his arm. Blood dripped down onto the cold floor just like tears dripping down my cheeks.I broke a vase again and was about to end my life when he came out of nowhere. He tried to stop me, but I ended up hurting him.Bogdan pressed on his wound to stop the blood and looked up at me. He tried to mask his painful expressions but was failing miserably. My lips trembled, and I took a step back."Why d-do you have to..." I breathed heavily and grabbed the edge of the dressing table to keep myself steady. My head was throbbing, and my whole body was aching like I had been running a marathon."Miss Zarya, please, don't make it hard for me," Bogdan said, his jaw clenched. I wanted to apologize, but words were stuck in my throat.Just then, the door burst open, making both of us flinch. My eyes widened when they landed on Sergei. He first looked around the mess I had made in his room before his eyes landed on Bogdan's injury. I felt like I couldn't b

  • The Pakhan's Bride   CHAPTER 22

ZARYA ROGOV The cold wind hit my form when I stepped out of the white mansion, my hair up in a messy bun, the coat I stole sat perfectly on my shoulders.Walking through the hall, trying my best not to get caught, I finally made it out. I only needed to get away from the men surrounding the area, and maybe I would reach home.I kept my head low and walked perfectly fine, even though the pain in my ankle was bad enough. I heard them barking orders at each other. Some of them were chatting and making jokes. I didn't waver; I just kept walking until I was able to get away from them. I slowed down a little and turned my head slightly back to look at the mansion.I managed to get away from them; now all I needed to do was reach home. My heart was beating so fast, but not as fast as my mind was running with possibilities and consequences. I immediately stopped a taxi for myself and got inside. The middle-aged man greeted me and stared at me through the rearview mirror. I took a deep brea

  • The Pakhan's Bride   CHAPTER 21

ZARYA ROGOVThe white mansion ahead of us looked like heaven on earth with all that lightning and structure, but the truth was it carried the secrets of devils and was loyal to them. His hand on my waist was a constant reminder of my cage. A shiver ran down my spine when the cold wind caressed me. I cursed myself for not bringing anything to cover up. I was just too focused on getting on his nerves. It just backfired. He stood beside me like an iron wall, unwaveringly dangerous. As I slowly looked up at him, he was giving orders to one of his men; my eyes couldn't help but caress his features. He was handsome, but that was all because from inside he was the worst monster of all.The better the outside, the worse the inside.I immediately lowered my gaze, looking everywhere but him when he looked down at me. I felt his eyes boring holes in my skull. And then he began walking with me right beside him. The guards at the door bowed to him and opened the grand door. I almost frowned when

ZARYA ROGOV I stared at the paper in my hand in confusion. Huh? What was this supposed to mean? I looked down at Lev and then towards the door. Just as I was about to walk out to stop her, a huge figure stepped into the room.A shiver ran down my spine when I saw Sergei standing in front of me. He was dressed in a suit, with a long black coat hanging on his broad shoulders; he looked ready to head out. His eyes twitched when he found me standing in his son's room.He was clearly not expecting me here.I immediately crumbled the paper in my palm, my heart beating faster in his presence. He looked at me from head to toe and slowly stepped closer. I gulped and took a step back."What are you doing here?" He asked, his voice firm."Uh...d-didn't you say it was m-my responsibility to look after him." I stuttered, but was proud of the excuse I just made. He looked like he was buying it.He raised his brows at me."Since when did you start listening to me?" He asked, and I pursed my lip

The bed creaked under the strength of his thrust. He ran his tongue across his lips and grabbed the girl's hair roughly in his fist, making her moan. The room was filled with her moans, his groans, and the flesh slapping against each other. He chuckled and pushed her face down into the cushions. "Too loud." He groaned as the pleasure raked through his body. He spanked her cheek, making her jump as she pushed her hips back, asking for more."Such a whore." He smirked and spanked her again, going faster as he approached his release, and just as he was about to lose it all, his phone, which was resting on the bedside table, began ringing. He groaned and ignored the call. The bliss he was approaching was the most he looked forward to."Ahhh!" He groaned and threw his head back. Sweat beads rolling down his tattooed body. The girl has already released more than he could count, but this time she didn't approach her release, and he couldn't care less. He pulled out and lightly spanked her c
