I sat in silence while I could feel Lucas hard stare at my side profile. I knew he was waiting for my answer but I had no idea how to answer his questions. “I asked you something, Alex,” Lucas said while turning his attention to the road.
“I heard you the first time but I don’t think my answer would change anything. So, there is no need to answer your question.” I told him and took out my phone to tune him out.
“That’s what you think but I beg to differ. It matters a lot, you and I both know, how much constant nightmares impact a person. If you are having nightmares, you can always tell me, Alex.
