CHAPTER FIFTY- FIVE

Ethan’s POV

I took a moment to collect myself, my heart pounding in my chest as adrenaline coursed through my veins. The pain in my side was relentless, a constant reminder of the battle I had just faced. I knew I needed to tend to my wounds, to find something that could help alleviate the pain and prevent further damage.

Grimacing, I cast my gaze around the room, scanning every nook and cranny for any sign of a useful item. My vision was hazy from the pain, but I forced myself to focus, determined to find a solution.

My eyes landed on a small table in the corner, adorned with various trinkets and objects. It seemed like a possible source of aid. I stumbled towards it, my movements unsteady, and began to rummage through the items. My hands shook as I picked up one object after another, searching for something that could serve as a makeshift bandage or a means to staunch the bleeding.

My fingers grazed against a soft cloth, and I pulled it out, realizing it was a torn piece of fabric.
